Gil returned my call for help right away. He came out 1 day later to evaluate my problem. He was very straight forward, honest, not pushy or with an agenda to "sell" services that I did not need. He provided an evaluation, suggested solutions, and even recommended other improvements that could be made, not directly related to my problem. Great service, great company, we will be working with them again when the need arises, and I would recommend them to anyone with a similar problem.
