Install or Replace a Water Heater in 44121
The installers were very professional and were on time to do the job. The installation was professional and neat. They were courteous and knew what they were doing and did the job quickly. The only complaint I have is that when registering the water tank, I needed the price of the water tank. I called Advanced Industries to find out how much the tank cost and the receptioists had no idea. She said that she would find out and call me back. I have not heard from them about this matter.

Repair or Service a Water Heater in 44105
After I submitted my request through Service Magic for someone to install a new water heater, Mark was the first to respond - under 10 minutes. After contacting 6 or so other businesses, Advanced had the best price beating the next best price by 70 dollars. (Buyer beware: other companies were nearly DOUBLE the price). The guys from Advanced who installed the water heater were very punctual, friendly, informative, and professional. – RW
