Waterproof a Basement or Foundation in 44134

As of this time, I am satisfied with the work done. Larry the foreman and his entire team were polite and seemed to work efficiently together. They were very good about cleaning up after they were done with the job. So far, so good.

Mike was very nice. He did what he said and some. His staff was on time and efficient. My basement looked new when done.

Waterproof a Basement or Foundation in 44146

The service crew was very professional, I was informed that the work would take 2-3 days, but by the end of the first day I was told by the supervisor that the work was complete.

Concerns:

It has been 2 weeks and the floor has not completely dried, there is white deposit coming up between the new floor and the exsiting floor. Called company 4-9-09 and recieved call back explaination given was since there is a lot of humidity in the air it willl take a lttle longer to dry. Sometime the white calcium comes from the products used, give it another week( use fan dry)

Downspout: no completed as requested
