Prior to George being hired, I had several contractors to evaluate my one time ice damaged valley area between the garage and house roof. Most people wanted to tear out and ice guard a portion of the roof. George felt best that since the roof didn't leak the following year and it was a minimal leak, then it was best to caulk/seal the area, surrounding leaking gutter, and stack pipe for less than half the cost of a repair. He was confident that it was the right solution for my situation.
