The contract was loosely approached with less detail than I am used to- we signed and countersigned on the day of installation. Documentation of the specific model information was not readily available - specifically verification of the compressor design. Otherwise the installation went well and we are satisfied with the installation and operation of a highly rated unit.

The service air contract came out for the estimate on time as scheduled. He explained everything involved with heating and cooling prior to giving the estimate. He did not try to hardsell us, know we were looking for three estimates. service install was quick and complete and in a timely (heat index rising outside) manner.
