The cleaning itself was very good. However, there were some challenges with communication. I wasn't clear on the cost or estimate up front. I was told something like $20 per hour, but the first cleaning may be more. My total bill after 2 hours was $95. I paid it because i felt the job was worth that much, but it would have been better if I could have been prepared for that. Also the business card I was given did not say Cristina Vlad Cleaning, but instead said Quality Cleaning. It just gave me a less than comfortable feeling in dealing with the company. They were nice and hardworking, but I wasn't sure which company I was dealing with.
